Policies:

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via USPS based on weight, you may choose what rate you prefer at check out. 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

If you are outside the continental US please contact us for shipping rates.

Heather Hill Collections:
 
Heather Hill sells two premade lines yearly - Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter.  All One of A Kind clothing is made in limited quantities and updated weekly.  

Heather Hill ships all orders within a week of the date your order is received. Shipping time may vary due to our production schedule or merchandise availability. Heather Hill’s garments are not mass produced and are made to order. Occasionally, there are unavoidable situations which could result in delivery delays or cancellation of certain items. We will advise you of any back orders or out-of-stock items.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied returns or exchanges may be made within 7 days of original shipping date. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached, previously worn items will not be accepted and will be returned at customers expense. Heather Hill does not reimburse shipping charges. There are no returns on custom orders.

Privacy: Heather Hill’s mailing list is used for Heather Hill Clothing only. It will never be sold.
